Daniel Jay Gokey, commonly know as Danny Gokey from the hit-american tv show American Idol. Captivated audiences with his strong vocal range, he now heads back to Wisconsin after being disquallified leaving the two finalist Kris Allen and Adam Lambert to a showdown next week.His performance during mo-town Get Ready proved his callibre as a serious artist and also showed his rock side during Rock and Roll week singing Dream On by Aerosmith.
I would say, he will have a bright future ahead with those vocals. Not my favourite though. I would have rather seen Allison Iraheta in the finals with Adam Lambert after their successful duet Slow Ride that dubbed them as rock "gods"!
