Hari Raya guys! In less than 2 days!! Raya will probably be on Monday since they will be little chance for the moon to be sighted. Raya shopping done. I only need to pamper myself which i will tomorrow! Then my last sungkai with the quadruplets at Charcoal. fun fun!

This week is what you call flower-hamper week, this is when people send you raya flowers and hampers. The house smells like flowers now, like every year! haha. But don't you love the fact that when you wake up on the first day of raya, you never felt better, never felt happier! You just want to dismiss all provocation and just enjoy the day. I myself LOVE first day of raya. You'll definitely be on my good side! Over the years raya has been changing to who has what? who wears what? is that fake? typical bruneians, still it makes it more interesting and fun. A month of forgiveness, a month of repentness, a month of thanksgiving. With only two days of holiday (I KNOW!!) for raya we JIS-ians should make the best of it. My house is ugly and my ampau is only 50 cents. So it wouldn't be worth it to come! HAHA!

Come on guys! The raya spirit! It's only once a month, and dayuuum we gonna dress to kill! haha.

Apart from being addicted to Lupe Fiasco-Pitbull-Kings Of Leon my week(end) has been good. School has been really strenuous minus all the outside curricular/charities that i joined with multitudes of home works issued everyday. But i am loving the fact that I'm booked from Thursday till Sunday spending my time with the people i love most (AW!)

My internet was down for nearly 3 days! imagine that, thank benedict i didn't hang myself.
Now countdowns are fosho' in less than a week, we will see an end to Ramdhan and the beginning of Raya!

I hope bajus has been picked up and paid for. I only have one raya item to buy on my shopping list which is a songkok. Apparently pusat kesenian is out of my size, so boo hoo. I tend to do my shopping a week earlier and pamper myself the week after meaning this weekend. My baju melayus are at the dry cleaners ready to be picked up! Raya's gonna be awesome this year with the addition of Nazura Shahri back in Bru! Can't wait for the road trip/ Convoy to KayBee!

ps: Gossip Girl, One Tree Hill, Melrose Place, 90210 new season are all out!
pss: did you see what Kanye did to Taylor Swift? omg hate him now! so heartless!

11 thousand blog visits!

I've hit a milestone of 11 thousand blog visits! I couldn't believe it! Is this blog really THAT interesting?

Well my week's been absolutely expeditiously great! It's remarkable how a week passes so quickly. Today marks the 21st day of the holy fasting month Ramadan which means 9 more days till Eid or Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Waking up at dawn is now practically a routine since having practiced it for 21 days.

Speaking about Hari Raya, have you all finished making your Baju Melayu/Kurung? Well you should! And also Raya Shopping! There would be an early paycheck this month, on the 17th! So better run off to do last minute shopping guys.

Have you guys heard about Allen Degeneres becoming the 4th American Idol judge? Guess this will be funnier to watch than the previous ones!

Having the long weekend really paid off, i had an amazing one apart from me doing my homework last minute! School today hasn't been a bitch at all, apart from me bitching that is. HAHA. Media was awesome for a change, where my presentation on Halloween 2 was a success! and i still hate maths! Oh how all the numbers frustrates me, not to mention my semi-retarded teachers. At least i don't have any homework today *big smile

Dear Diary, Sorry for not updating as much as i do on my blog. I hate being private as you know. I have had you since i was 10 and i only wrote 10 post entries? Now you know how committed i am to you, the only reason i started having a diary is because of all the Disney films i watched. Since I'm already in the sixth form i think I'm too mature for a diary, since i already have a blog..maybe a video blog? I'll end this diary entry by saying "I'll update you next year!"

HAHAHA! If you find a green book with a lock on it then that's my diary! The entries will crack you up! Well i was still a naive pre-puberty kid back then, so give me a break!

The State Department is conducting a big investigation into a wild party thrown at the U.S. embassy in Afghanistan. Of course, in Afghanistan, a wild party is any event where a girl takes her socks off.

Life in the sixth form can only be justified by one word, which is pure hardcore stress! Already the first week and i have a mountain of homework! not to say a presentation on the reconstruction of a movie trailer for media.

I understand now the real meaning of sixth form, it means less friends and more 'self' work or independant work. Thank god i have loads of general knowledge. I am currently hating maths (who doesn't?) where i only have 4 classmates! Media is beginning to be a sore in the ass but i am loving geography & history! I was born to study them!

First impressions are usually a bitch, some new students may not open up or is still afraid to mingle. But look at me, the first day I'm already blabbing away with my new year 13 tutor mates that i have never heard of (no offence). People should really get out of their shell and just make friends. I see the freshmen mingling in their own big freshmen group, well thats kinda pathetic. Like Lalah said "Let's go fishing!" HAHA!

Oh yeah some of the new kids aren't that bad you know, some are like old! some even have liscenses already! Well it's not hard you just say hello to the new students in any of your classes.
